Live Tweeting

This is the post excerpt.

Today I’m heading to Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea Football Club to report on the FA Cup Quarter final between Chelsea and Manchester United. It is the last quarter final round to decide what team will be joining Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham in the semi finals that will be held at Wembley at the end of April.

Manchester United are missing Rooney, Ibrahimovic, Martial and Rashford so will be interesting to see what team Jose Mourinho plays. It is not ideal that all his top players are out whilst playing Chelsea who is currently ten points clear in the premier league.

There is no longer any replays, which mean that there must be a winner on the night. Could there be extra-time and penalties?

Whilst watching the game, I will be live tweeting and reporting to a wider audience (@JournoStorey). This will include ‘minute by minute’ reporting which will include both video and image content to convey the atmosphere. I am getting there early to try and interview fans to see what their predictions are of the match. Throughout the game I will be tweeting what is happening, uploading images and videos of any possible goals.

The two teams kick off at 7.45, which you can watch live on BBC1.
